running.

running is good for you. so they say. i don't even know. the only reason i'm posting is to say that i've been running during summertime. 3 miles a day.. july'll be 4 miles, and the last week plus two weeks in august will be 5 miles a day. no breaks or nothin. wooooooooooooooo!
